How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It can take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door. You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
How do I track my package?
You will be getting an email with the tracking number.
What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please contact us ASAP and tell us your order number. Please send us photos of the wrong or defective item received. We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We will send you an new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!


I made a mistake on my order (address, size etc.)... Can I change it?
If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises.


How do I return an item for a refund?
If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 60 days. Items must be unused and packed. The refund will go back onto the original method of payment. Customer pays return shipping on exchanges.
